Manuscripts can be prepared by using MS Word. The template for this method can be downloaded by following the link “Manuscript Template”. The text contained within the template provides instructions for the manuscript preparation. While MS Word and is to be used for preparing the manuscript, the final submission can be accepted only in PDF form. For this reason, it is important that you pay close attention to the formatting instructions, because the Conference Secretariat will be unable to make editorial corrections on the submitted PDF version. To assist authors in respect to formatting, the "Manuscript Template" section also contains a .pdf version of the template, indicating the actual layout of the papers required.
When the paper is to be uploaded (in .pdf format only), the following file designation should be chosen: XENOWAC_authorname_NXXX.pdf, where “author-name” is the name of the first author and NXXX was the unique number assigned to your manuscript (and mentioned in the acceptance notification you have received).
The size of the file must not exceed 4 MB.
To upload the file, click on the link “Manuscript Uploading ended ” and follow the instructions.
By uploading their manuscripts, authors should note Copyright statements made on the XENOWAC Website. In particular, by uploading their manuscripts, authors agree to the manuscripts being included in the paper and CDR proceedings. Otherwise, authors retain Copyright. |
