Rooms will be reserved on a ‘first come first served’ basis.  The number of pre-booked rooms is limited.  Above prices are on Bed & Breakfast basis, for the Intercontinental Hotel only.  Breakfast is not included for the Aphrodite Hills Resort Apartments residents. The apartments are located in 'Helios Heights', 'Zephyros village' and 'Theseus village' which are approximately 650m from the village square and all amenities. The accommodation must be pre-paid to the Conference Secretariat upon submission of your registration form prior to your arrival.  The conference secretariat reserves the right to alter reservations: notification of such changes will be in writing and in good time prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The participants themselves must pay all banking charges. The organisers need to receive the net amount of the participant’s grand total.  Please ensure that the participant’s name, address and Conference name are stated on all payment and transfer documents.
 
Cancellation Policies:

Registration: Cancellations before the 20th of February 2009: 80% of fee will be refunded.  Cancellations received after the 20th of February 2009: fee non-refundable.

Accommodation: Cancellations received on or after the 20th of February 2009 will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night’s stay.  No-show participants will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
